Design & Renovation Coordination

  • Planning of Design Layout, Color consulting and assist/direct Material Selections and orders
  • Preparation of Project cost estimate
  • Preparation of work schedule for Project.
  • Provide Owner Guidance on Preparation and submission of application for development and/or building permit for Project if applicable.
  • Hiring all Contractors for the project on behalf of owner, obtaining quotes and bids. Ensuring for Owner that all Contractors engaged in Project properly perform their duties and rectify deficiencies.
  • Reviewing progress claims and invoices of all Contractors before submission to Owner for payment.
  • Ensuring that the construction corresponds to the Project plans and specifications, subject to any approved changes
