He managed the whole flow from yard cleaning to whole house painting to staging. I bought my house new, but it had not looked this good compared to the appearance at the recent open house. Then at open house he brought in 40 parties, boiled down to 4 offers, eventually sold at higher price than I asked. Before closing, he even dumped our whole truck full of garbage and left over paint with his own truck. deal closed smoothly without flow. Very happy with his real estate service.
