Great realtor to work with My wife and I were first time homebuyers and David had been recommended to me as the go to guy where I was looking at buying a house. As I didn't have much knowledge in terms of everything that encompasses the homebuying process, David quickly brought my wife and I up to speed on everything with his expertise and experience in the field. We were aggressively home searching since we had a little one on the way. Due to Covid-19 restrictions and how competitive the market had become, it was difficult to get into see properties at times. We were meeting not only on the weekend to see properties, but also on weekdays during my lunch time. He was very flexible on seeing the properties and was great to do walkthroughs with as he could point out certain details or things that were good on a house or were not good. I honestly believe without his know how and connections, we wouldn't have been able to get into the house we are in today. We appreciate all the hard work he did and the professionalism he displayed throughout the entire homebuying process.
